The Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the largest civil rights organization in the US, has announced its yearly LGBTQ Corporate Equality Index (CEI) scores, and Live Nation leads with a perfect score of 100, certifying our company as a Best Place to Work for people identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ).

With this certification, LN joins the ranks of Fortune 500 companies including Capital One, General Motors, Visa, and PayPal . The national benchmarking report assesses corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality, including transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. From our company's Pride Nation events, recruitment efforts serving the LGBTQ community, and priority on wellness for transgender employees – Live Nation continuously strives towards creating an inclusive work culture.

Our CEO Michael Rapino commented on the achievement, "Live music brings together fans of all different backgrounds while also encouraging self-expression, and at Live Nation we do everything we can to promote that same culture of inclusion for our employees. As the world's leader in live entertainment, we are proud to empower the LGBTQ community through concerts and career opportunities, and are honored to be recognized by the Human Rights Campaign."

To celebrate, Pride Nation is holding events at the Orlando and 7060 Hollywood offices with food, keynote speakers, and music. Interested in joining? Email Diversity@LiveNation.com for more details.
